After unlock Battalion command post，if not unlock Grenade or weapon racks，will free unlock，also increase ammunition and fuel income（about 8 ammunition and 4 fuel per minuet？）
Same free auto unlock for UKF，after upgrade Hammer or Anvil，will auto free upgrade grenade and weapon racks and increase squad size，also reduce Commander and all IS Flare cost（about to 35？）.If upgrade Anvil，base howitzer will shot 2 rounds.Upgrade Hammer will reduce Flare CD by 20s and base howitzer will shot faster.
Just discuss and wish balance team not give up this game.Also hope COH3 not be next DOW3.
Some buff for UKF and USF high tech？Like All out war.
