Playing against soviet snipers recently I noticed if I go to counter snipe it the instant it fires and reveals itself, it will recloak before the German sniper can actually fire. Totally lame.
(This goes for all snipers if they are like that!!!) Lengthen time out of camo!

Works fine for me. Were the enemy sniper in the fow?

That's the point of the mechanic, you're not supposed to be able to countersnipe unless the sniper gets too greedy and stays uncloaked for too long. Otherwise sniper vs. sniper play would be extremely retarded and cancerous.
