well you always have the option to farm for any commander in the game if you're really so opposed to paying money for additional content. i'd personally say 10-15 bucks is a fair deal for a game you enjoy and money well spent. where i live this is about the price for 2-3 good beers and gives quite a bit more long-term value than the booze. but each to their own i guess...

I'm not saying 10-15 is much. It's hardly any it's more about morals. But I payed for this game and don't support gameplay features being pay gated. Factions(completely new content) fine. Factions related gameplay features no. + this is about the LeFH. If soviets get to keep ML20's in their base 8 commander so do Ostheer.

Balance happens, if it improves the game and commander viability, it'll happen.
Stop being peasant already, its getting boring fast.
Stop acting like you just got base game as a gift from friends humble bundle leftover and have no job, but also no time to farm.
Quit complaining already and either buy commanders/cheap ass edition with all included or go into the game and start farming supply.

Well I only promoted it for new players. For old players I recommend just grinding or hoping for a sale where the commander you want is $1.

Hey so isn't the Tiger, G43, JCS and a few abilities. Ost need howis. Otherwise they are doomed.
Why lefh has to be in base, but not pershing, KV-2, JLI or any other of shitload of units that are not?
On-map arty is -not- a basic army tool, this is exactly why its doctrinal.
