So, I recall that there was supposed to be an update/re-release of COH2 that included all of the commanders called "All Out War" and my googling attempts have found various shady websites selling the All Out War version of the game, but not Steam itself which seems odd.
Is that still happening? Has it happened already and it's just not on steam? Is there some roundabout way of getting it instead by buying it directly through Sega?

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Nah, they sell the complete edition which is something else I think? Maybe it's functionally the same thing I don't know since the Microsoft store page has 0 information on what their version actually gives you.

But there is absolutely 0 information and the only people selling this are random shady key websites that give Steam Keys for a game version that's not actually on Steam apparently?
The whole thing is a confusing mess from my perspective.

i saw the all out war edition in a store this was in germany maybe you are more lucky to find it there aswell
