Is it possible to move an icon in the rows at the top of the screen to a different row?
I thought I had actually done it before, but can't figure out how to do it now.

For anyone in the future who comes across this, I found the answer to the Squad Control row question: it's determined by posture_ext. That setting is what makes the unit animate properly as a human, so it's not possible to change rows without breaking the unit.
