[1v1] OH losing to SU shocks & penals army

I'm CAT!!!!!!
Hi, I've dropped from lv. 11 straight to lv. 7 after a losing streak against soviets.
It's always a variation of shocks spam, sometimes supported by AT penals (unabling me to use my light vehicles aggresively) and overwhelming me with numbers. As in this one, infantry superiority ends up being matched by tanks rolling quite early (flamethrower KV). I feel like I get cheese'd every time same way but OH has no option to deal with it.
This game was kinda tight for me early on and I think this is my best try to come back against this type of opponent.
If someone wants to review this and point out mistakes I'm making and what to improve I'll be really thankful.
I'll consider a small gift if somebody wants to review this and a another game of this type to coach me a little bit.
