Timed Banned for over 2 years?

Hi,
My COH2 account was banned in May 2018 which is a really long time ago. I just recently downloaded the game again, and ... still could not get into any game. I know I was being a dicc for abusing the game glitch but isn't 2 years a little tiny teenie bit too long?
I tried to contact Relic but there was no response. If anyone can help me lift the ban, I would be very grateful. Sorry for my bad Englis btw.

are you sure you didn't do it again or something that got you permabanned afterwards? Doesnt matter if it was on a smurf account. Family share accounts are automatically linked to the main account, which means they receive the same ban

I only found this note from may 2018 where you got a timeban

I was abusing the glitch which was loading US Rangers on Clown Cars (or something like that) and clapped Hetlir's cheeks. I was doing it for a day; and the next day I was banned. Relic did not send me warning; I even thought the glitch was a feature because it was easy to do. I just unloaded truck crews, loaded US Rangers, and processed to massacre krauts.
Anyway, I could not get back into the game so I should not get any further ban.
Do you know anyone with who I can contact because none of my emails sent to relic got replied.

In this case your best bet is to contact Sturmpanther
