hey,
i've heard a few ppl complaining about problems with software like teamspeak getting tuned down while in-game, which can be quite annoying. just wanted to say: there's a fix for that ;-)
Control Panel -> Sound -> Communications -> "When Windows detects communications activity:" -> "Do nothing"
you should be fine now.
