I believe that weapon is part of the Ardennes Assault Cavalry Riflemen, which is a different unit.

although i wish their upgrade was more creative than just one plus body.
The upgrade description from the changelog:
Veteran squad leader increases capture and decapture rate by 20% and adds -5% Received Accuracy to the squad.
I will give you that that's not a whole lot more, but it is something. It's plenty for it's cost imo

That is simply a mess.
Weapon used in multiplayer should be clearly identifiable by name.

Tell that to Relic, who stopped caring with WFA release.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
