I take it you mean the ppsh penals in the airborne doc?
If yes, then no, no experience with them. If I want ppshs I buy shock troops with KV-2 or IS-2.

To clarify I mean penals with the ppsh airdrop since they get 6 shock ppsh's

They are beasts in city maps. But expensive too have with guards. I prefere cons start + Air Guards ppsh.
Cons have snare, molotov + can merge support weapons.
Air Guards have smoke + grenade.
