One of the unlocks was this TOW commander. If you look closely, the first CP gives you a 'Grenadier SPW with LMG'.
I found this change rather unexpected and this makes it the second commander with a SPW. The other mechanized doctrine had 'Panzergrenadier SPW' which was, imo, more effective.
Both are around the same price.
Overall, this commander gives spotting scopes, SPW, recon overflight, and artillery gun in the same bag and is rather handy.
