Then you are doing something wrong. Try the call in arty with for continues fire with sextons...

Its vet bonuses don't help its lethality though like T70 or luch. It's got decent starting stats but doesn't pick off squads as fast as other light tanks at vet.

If you implying that it gets bad vet bonuses you are mistaken, else you are simply misleading the vet bonus Valentine gets are great and very good for the role of the unit.

It's s much unit for recon, arty and some extra AI power before it gets invalidated by P4 a minute later.

IMO unit is fine, but its supercharge ability could use a bit of a buff considering you need a sexton to use it

It as unit much cheaper than PzIV so I am not sure what you expect to vs PzIV, but trying to kill a vetted valentine with PzIV is allot harder than you claim.

The victor barrage does not need any buffs at all Sexton can already fire almost non stop with it.

Ro. Artillery Regiment is very powerful Commander that does not more buffs, most of the abilities are already very powerful.

Actually,
did the Valentine ever have a command aurora?
It's called a 'command tank'but it doesn't have one?

I would use it if it had one of those without the weapon penalties. (Which could be justified cause it can't be slapped on to a comet or something, it would be part of the Valentine)

Commmand aurora & recon run, with the smoke grenades and concentration barrage would make it a great utility vehicle. Worth sacrificing the pop space to over an AEC or a crom.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

What about replacing the sexton double barrage with a Victor target esq ability that also uses the base howis and mortar pits (adjusting scatter to not be OP) so it can be fun and fancy before sextons hit the field. Or at least giving the option of these as individual strikes

Valentine is strong but only if you get it with aec, and it becomes espescially strong versus okw where he has to essentially force a massive advantage on his end lest he suffers an early gg usually.

That said it *is* a somewhat high skill unit that has to be finessed vs good puma play.

Mostly the problem lies with sections+ this combo making for a super fucking strong early game.
