Another small thing: standardize BM-38 120mm Mortar's barrage AoE profile.

Currently BM-38's autofire has AoE distances defined as 1.5/3/4.5, while barrage has 1.1/3.5/4.5 for some bizarre reason. I think it's the only mortar in the game that has such inconsistency, which basically makes its barrage less powerful in comparison.

1. The rifleman have the AT grenade after calling T1 or T2.
2. Increase the price of Walking Stuka and it becomes available only after the construction of t3. It arrives too early. Either give Scott in T2, or Katyusha in T3.
3. Give more bonuses to Major. Everyone uses it as a rearrangement point. I would like to have a mobile tactic. Mobile bonus. Increasing the accuracy of the fire in the Major area or something similar.
4. To reduce the pop cap of the British, their presence on the battlefield is practically invisible.
5. Remove the ability to put spotting scopes on Elefants
6. Need changes in a mechanized company. Place the WC51 in the standard assembly of the USF, in t0. And add cluster bombs or an artillery strike to a free doctrine slot.
7. Make maxim more useful.
8. 5 people for maxim and zis. and 4 people for a raceten. And price reductions.

How many whining about the T70 and Jackson. Axis fans never change. 80% of the wishes are the nerf of the allies.
