It was suggested when they tuned down the bonus from 20%. But basically teamgame people complained.


Why not make it 20% your own units and 5-10% for allied units?

Maybe 5-10% normal aura and then an ability to increase for e.g. 20sec to 20%.

CP4 would be fine if it had no CP requirement, so it could become a decent alternative to the Ostwind. Less AI for better AT, armor, veterancy (arguably) and an aura on top of that.

But suggested improvements like aura improving with veterancy / stronger bonus for player, smaller bonus for allies / rework to a stronger timed ability / supportive abilities like smoke shell or small barrage could also work as more complicated measures to make the CP4 attractive again.

The best solution imo is to keep the aura at 10% DR and simply convert it from a Panzer IV F1 into a Panzer IV F2.

Elp0rn agrees with me Kappa Kappa Kappa

If they wanna keep it unique, they could just make its shells HE with the same stats as the M4 and keep it with basically 0 AT and all anti infantry.

TBH in large team games this tank is meh and only used as a defense buff tank parked behind the army.

That makes sense. I doubt you would really focus on fighting with such a tank in big team games so keeping in staying in the back all the time would be best

Wow, 12 whole popcap? for a perma buff that allows most of your and your teammates units to take 1 extra hit? What nonsense I say!

As long as it affects everyone on your team it shouldn't go anywere. If it goes the way of the UKF command vehicle then yeah, it deserves a solid buff

I mean most units as in type of unit (since some don't get that +1 hit benefit), not most on the map.
Not that keeping a support unit within 45 range of units on the frontline is rocket science beyond the skill level of anyone.

It’s an Axis unit, even 5 range is broken OP.
