This guy has been reported and permabannedrepeteadly in the past. Seems like he's back again.
Modus Operandi:
1. At the start of the game he says, "Die of cancer."
2. When he's obviously about to lose, you get a "Snc Error", followed by a bug splat.
I uploaded a replay today of this happening against him. (Note, I posted the same information in that upload).
