what are the exact bonuses for veteran squad leader

I'm asking for the grenadier one. Is it just the 5th man or does it provide bonuses as said in the description of the ability.

From the patchnotes:
Grenadier squad can be upgraded to 5 men for 60 munitions.
The Grenadier squad leader has a transferable G43 and grants a -15% reduction on weapon cooldowns, -10% received accuracy and reduces the cost of Medical Kits to 0 munitions. This upgrade locks out the MG42 upgrade.

This upgrade just makes grens into penals. JLI package(2x g43) kinda sucks for grens as the lmg42 is always better imo.
Also VSL doesn't take away weapon slots. So if you pick up mg42's the +10% cooldown still is in effect.

Trust me VSL grens can charge upto penals in cover and win. They are no joke.
