Hi I have some questions about the dps formula given by Cruzz.
1. How is the shot per burst calculated when it's a floating point value. Is it rounded up, down, closest??? does the extra float shots contribute to next burst and add to it any how(some smg's like the shock ppsh technically fire 4 rounds for a full squad at long range between each reload cycle this way, like how the hell does that work)???
2. How exactly is the burst compensation due to tic rate calculated and applied.
