I noticed how when conscripts try to snare enemy tanks the animation stops as soon as the tank moves a little. That needs to be fixed!

I did watch the video. My favorite part was where you specifically called it in at the longest possible angle for the plane to fly...
It's slower than the IL2 precision strike I believe, but saying it's always 9 seconds is absolute nonsense
Most of the time the Ele will be facing towards the enemy. I called it in at the angle it would normally be called in during a game. It was also the same angle that I tested originally.

The elefant in your test was facing sideways into some trees. Why are you only treating the airstrike like normal game conditions? In a normal game the elefant would be closer to one of the bases and facing the direction of the actual lane. The test looks like it was set up to take as long as possible
What's the point of saying "this one test I did took 9 seconds?" What is at all the point of that test then if you're already aware it changes based on angle and position? I assumed you were saying "always" because otherwise that test was utterly meaningless
