I like the core idea (slightly shorter games), but I'm just unsure as to how to do it.

VP count should be faster. Slightly more when at 1 VP adv, and more aggressively at 2 and 3 point difference.

To counter this, once a point is started to be disputed (either decapping it or having both teams putting units on them, it puts the VP on hold for the side who is doing the VP bleed.

Ex:
-Been triple capped, starting a fight inside a point, whether it decaps it or not, it puts the bleed on 2.
-At 2 VP vs 1 VP, fighting at red means stopping the bleed, while fighting at blue would just keep the bleed at 1 VP edge.

I think the game pacing is mostly fine, but i see some benefits on having the LONG game been slightly shorter. People shouldn't be at comfort sitting at 2 vs 1 VP situations for such a long period of time.
