Like Ost Mechanized Group 251/1+ GD or PG,Soviet Assault Guards,USF Support Paratroopers，they are all basis unit bundle with a special commander unit,although they were strong but bundle also a big limit because most time some unit you only need one of them ,or you need one of them but you don't have enough resources
So maybe can unlock build the special one in T0 when have enough CP,like USF Support Paratrooper,when you have 3CP,you can build Support Paratrooper in T0,or air drop them with light howitzer immediately,I think this change will make some Commander have more flexible tactical
