hi lelic i want to do social experiment:

next patch nerf guard rifles

increase cost of clown car by 5 and flamethrower (soviet or all, doesnt matter) by 10 muni

after that is done, take screenshot of soviet 2v2 (hardrandom and AT) ladder and 1v1's just after patch being applied. Compare it to rankings 1 month later, see any difference?
