I think this is the sole reason 80% of balance discussions in COH 2 are axis fanboys whining soviets op.
Compare the message log with the actual replay...

One panzer 4 vs 2 guards and 2 SU76... cries OP when it doesn't go his way.

T34 85 needs to have slightly less AI. It's shells are basically on par with Sherman HE yet it does everything.
