This 1v1 game clearly shows how this unit lacks behind and can't consistently do what it is supposed to: penetrate heavy armor.
T34 85 needs to have slightly less AI. It's shells are basically on par with Sherman HE yet it does everything.

Forget it man, Allies can't have anything decent. Just spam t34-76 and hope for the best.

The 85s cost 10 fuel less than the OKW p4, have better penetration and health , but a bit less armor, so for me the 85s are pretty much balanced.
