I dont really know if comissar buff are any worthy tho but at somepoint i really feel like it's help targetted squad win in some engagement

The reason why i didn't use Scorched Earth Policy because i feel like this bomb could turn against me. the opponent already know i've picked NKVD what if in some particular situation that i could success defend my resource easily but he knew that i've plant booby trap on this point he could just touch the capping circle with his squad then retreat so i will lose my resource for 1 minute doesn't seem like it's help to me except in 1v1 where each side has its own fuel
