ColonelFlagg (43) vs Ryonic (61)
Trying out a "new" strat with Ostheer: bringing back the old T1-T3 Blitz strategy...except since we don't have Stormtroopers, I use Grens with G43 (and Ambush, but doesn't come into play much). I skip T2 to save fuel and go straight to T3 with Stugs, Pz4s and Ostwinds. Soviet player does the same thing every Soviet player is doing now: scout cars, Guards, heavy mortars, and Su-85s. He eventually back techs and throws something from every building at me. I need to work on my execution, but I think the basic concept is sound: save fuel from not using T2 to get T3 quickly, and saving munitions from PanzerGrens and upgrading light vehicles to spend on Grens.
