Hello Sinister,
I know it sucks, and possible it would be better if the guy then just would leave when he knows that he will not come back.
Or in other cases: Some people are afk the first 5 min, because they are going out of the PC room to grab something.
1 time being afk is not a crime and not ban worth it. Tho if this guy do this more often and on purpose it is!
So save this replay+ his steamID and see what happend in the future.
