after he loses his t70 he goes afk to make me lose my time and after i destroy his base ill tell him that i will report him and he inmediatly left the game, so that means he was watching the whole time

This replay alone is useless.
Ofc it sucks, when a guy just go afk, tho you get a freewin in 20 min. So nothing is wrong.
But with other uploaded replays it will get a case.
We all know burmies chatlog in games.
