So, me and a friend played this game for the first time in a long while today, had a couple of wins, a couple of losses, this was the last battle we played today.
I won't say there is any brilliant play in this replay, but it was a very hard fought thing and came pretty close to defeat for us, despite turning the match to our advantage when about 20 mins remained, though we had few victory points remaining. We won in the end by just going balls out and trying to destroy anything left before we risked losing by victory points. Exhausting and bloody.
About 1,100 combined casualties, and base destruction in the end more out of desperation than anything else.
