- USF player unlocks weapon racks right at the start -> just NO (don't buy upgrades which you don't need)
- left soviet player is idleing his pioneer (building should also be built at the base border)
- you are busy capping points instead of rushing vital key buildings
- you are not building up a strong fighting force. USF had 1 rifle and 2 mortars, instead he should have 3 rifles
- no teamplay (everyone appears to play for himself, not even communication for capping points)

These early mistakes snowball strongly later into the game.

Momentarily you greatly lack experience. Analyzing your games and specific engagements you lost, should help you understand and learn more quickly (by that I mean much more quickly).
