Hes saying that soviets have to play the su85 / sniper style, there is nothing else they can do, or they will lose. Well thats his opinion, and maybe he comes off too strongly.

Jewdo is doctor phill, always getting involved where he shouldnt, becoming the bad guy after a while.
Seriously though, just ignore each other. Battling here, or beating each other in game, its not gonna solve anything, your personality will stay the same. And you still wont like each other.
