Why is it that i have the craziest games just before a new patch gets announced?
It's been a long time since i had a close game in automatch, and i had to set up some games in order to get some material for the mentoring program.
This is by far my most intense game of 1v1. Starting on the right side of Kholodny Ferma Winter with ostheer, i had to overcome the lack of muni points and the hard cutoff from the south fuel point. Also i played the entire game with no commander as the layout didn't offer me any advantage and the fact i was muni starved all the time.
The game has some omg lol moments, with ostheer trying to capture an abandoned su85, soviets trying to keep a captured p4 alive, 2 p4s fighting 2 su85 and coming on top, soviet howizer smashing entire squads and so on. In the end it all came down to vp drain, as both sides were getting low on the count, there was no time to plan well thought assaults, both sides sending units to their certain death in order to take over the VP. Game ended with a difference of 2 points.
