I got some lucky wipes which maybe lead to me winning the game but i still think agren spam is only semi effective. I think Hector needed at least a one mg.
In terms of balance i think the penals are good enough up close anyway that they dont need the flamer ppsh 'sidegrade' to be effective. Personally i think the ppsh flamer is such a weird upgrade that i would rather not have the added complication of figuring out how best to position them in the mid and late game. I think give them 3/4 ppsh's and no flamer or just give up on the flamer idea anyway. The flamers are not OP (as far as i have played) but i dont think people will use them due to gimping that comes with the ppsh.
