When you have only 3 squads that can cap and one UC against 4 mgs and 2 pios you are going to lose map. In that case you should look to win a fight rather than out cap. That is what you needed, however you didn't place your units if cover, and against mg42's you need green cover.
After that you were far too aggressive with both your AEC's, the second one in particular... you knew there was 4 222's there and you drove in like it was a KT. Back your AEC up with an AT gun and place a mine or 2 somewhere... you had at tommies but they needed to be WITH the AEC.
What that guy did was cheesey but you could have done a lot more, including not sending all your squads out in one blob and then getting suppressed my one mg.
I am willing to offer advice, but don't be a whiney shit in the mean time.
