This game I played against opponent that had offensive name (I think his name is against all gaming companies codex because it is racist name) and then was also offensive thorough match (I don´t think praying someone that his family members should die because you flank his mg is alright).
Also he thinks, he get unpunished and I hardly believe he is this offensive in other game too ,becuase except playing better than him I was hardly offensive against him except pointing at his rather agressive game nickname (because I found his name offensive, btw I´m european).
Hope he can get something like 1-2 week exemplary ban , so he star being more polite and I think this can also help a lot this comunity if they see they get punished for bad language and offensive name.
