Improve your unit preservation.If you want to know how,there are plenty of videos out there on coh2.org.
PPsh against 2 hmgs was literally suicide.Build 3 - 4 cons - T2 - maxim(in this case 1 mortar).
Next time try to react to your opponents decisions.He builds lots of infantry -T70(M5) , static weapons ? Sniper ,mortar ,katjusha...
Last but not least good luck !
