Don't know how he got it, doesn't look like a custom match, what with No Mods, automatch conditions. Guess he somehow got it years ago?
I'm more surprised no one's ever made a mod that lets you use the commander.

People this is not a joke. I see this game in lobby (automatch 2x2) on observer mode in 01.04.16. Not beta.

He got the commander in the "win all commander" contest from relic for making a movie about coh2.
Which is utterly stupid since these commanders are not balanced.
Be happy he is not a top player and is actually not using the best commander (if i got my hands on that "not one step back commander" well, there would be a new number 1 sov player >.>)

Being bad at the game isn't something balance patches can fix.
