Anyone else get a bug where you can't upgrade UKF to tier 3? Also, is there any way to stop the random locations of the AT & vickers drops? About half of the time, it drops one or the other into some inaccessible place.

The best way to drop them is in base sector. Also, it appears to drop based on location of your men, so drop them in bas sector with your men on the outskirt of sector to prevent base locking the weapons. #SAGEadvice Kappa
