Finally some time explain the matchup a bit more.
There were some intense back and forth foghting going on in the pocket of Minsk.
ALOT of veterancy was going on thanks to careful and unit-preserving gameplay on both sides. At some point I think I had 2 vet3 Pgrens, 2 vet3 Grens, vet 2 or 3 Mortar Halftrack, a vet3 MG42 (my speciality) even a vet3 PAK iirc facing several vet3 Conscripts SU85, SU76, etc.
There evolved some really nice, big fightings with combinded arms in the mid where everything started shooting each other, but also some nice flanks, e.g. taking out the annoying katushas or Conscripts getting into the back of my PAK and MG42.
I think i might be worth a watch.
