Here's a cringeworthy replay of me getting rekt by someone who built a lot of flame pios and volks with shreks. Has anyone ran into this in 1v1's as USF and what did you do about it? (in 2v2 or above, I would've got a caliope which would've solved this problem but always struggle with fuel in 1v1)

I'd say you should still try to get a calliope on this map. It's really strong, since the callipe can fire out of the base into the enemy base, hence you don't need to expose it to danger. AT wise you need to rely on AT guns and zooks, till you can afford a jackson. That shouldn't be a problem.

I personally veto this as OKW simply because of the Calliope, it's sooo strong here.

If you go Calliope, do you skip a Stuart? Captain, ambulance, zooks, and calliope are an awful lot of fuel if you don't have good map control.
