I think this strategy will not work if the soviet player builds the scout car as quickly as possible. In fact I just beat someone using this strategy with just that. You can completely dominate with the scout car against pioneers and PGs by running right up on top of them because you dont have to fear fausts. When the GER scout car comes out, keep the soviet one back and conscripts in front.
Eventually youll get a AT nade hit and the thing is neutered.

Interesting - quite similar to Corp.Shephard's fast T1. I'd love to see more replays of this, especially stuff from people like Santa and THe_rEd_BeaR who think they have it beat. Shoutcast incoming tomorrow.
