Actually I didn't write that. I quoted that from the source. In academic linguistics we argue over these kinds of things - no, we don't have some sort of measure but that does not mean we can find a suitable intuitive answer.

First of all my IQ is in the 92nd percentile.
But IQ is a poor measure of intellect so bringing it up is irrelevant. For instance, some people have low IQs but are actually exceptionally perceptive and quick. Muhammad Ali had an IQ of 77 but I don't think anyone would consider him to be stupid - he was very quick, witty and observant.
You, on the other hand, have the intellectual capacity of jam.
Keep using ellipses instead of commas, fullstops and dashes - it makes you look really smart.
