I don't suspect him of cheating. I know for a 100% fact that he is cheating beyond the shadow of a doubt, and I have irrevocable evidence to support this.
People have to see this. It will never be patched otherwise. Tell everyone who plays this game, and then tell them again. We can't allow this kind of game breaking exploit to continue to exist.

It's 100% exploit/bug and not technically "hacking".
But I still consider this as cheating, and this needs to have repercussions.

If by repercussions you mean a hot fix. Yes totally agree.
But if you mean a temporary ban or something like that for the player, then no.
