I use a con penal con scout car opener for the majority of my games and usually go NKVD to try and make it work! it's a fun commander but definitely with plenty of flaws! I can't seem to capitalize on any advantages when I get to the higher levels in the ladder, so the skill disparity is starting to show indeed! A fun game none the less.
