"Are you going to use abilities that are in the game? Then you are noob and bad?" is what he's saying. Taxman, did you ever use that 0CP US jeep? Was that an exploit? I'm gonna go ahead and assume you used it plenty. Then said "l2p, adapt" when people complained. Am I right?
Neither of those things are exploits. An example of an exploit would be creating new squads by crewing support weapons while they're being salvaged.
Maybe they shouldn't be the way they. But they are that. Just like ISU and flamer-in-HT. So, as all the great ones say, #adapt. And expect to be called an asshole if you start out by insulting your opponent.

When I'm ordering a meal from McDonalds and they forget something, the employee has no right to call me an asshole when I voice my concerns (They are allowed to think it, though). This is very bad image to have. I've since had other community members voice the same concerns about this employees conduct. Shame.

He didn't "voice his concerns" he insulted him. Maybe Mcdonald's employees have to grin and bear it but any decent company doesn't force its employees to take shit from abusive clients.
Still, Relic might want to have a word. And someone suggested he change his name, I'd second that.

So if I call a guy who insulted me an asshole, Im a dick too then.
And Napalm, that employee analogy doesn't really work. My experience at McDonalds showed that a customer insulting you would get kicked out. Similarly at a bank ill charge fees I usually waive, etc, or call my manager over who would be more than happy to close the persons account. Employees can and are allowed to speak freely when insulted.

Mouthing off your customers because they got heated? You're the man now, dog. I see this approach being really successfully in the future. I don't need to really argue this much anymore. Relic is not my brand, nor my image. If Relic wants to be seen in this sort of light, all the power to them. I'm sure internal HR policies say otherwise though.

Eventough calling someone an asshole isn't a nice thing to do, provoking an argument just to display it in public later isn't any better really. This whole thing reminds of a celebrity being accused after they verbally assaulted a random papparazi that harrassed them and took photos of their kids. It's a really superflous discussion and eventhough I don't know any of the 2 players people should remember that Brad is also just a dude and I don't know how any of you would react, if they'd be in the crosshairs of a big part of the community all the time.

Bad behaviour from both sides of course. However, i am employed in the service sector and treating a customer like this is unacceptable since you represent your company. The customer is the king no matter what he does.
