I fucking hate M8A1. It's nearly impossible to counter when being mixed with Jackson and AT guns with focus fire. Only a Jagdtiger can counter this.

Sage might have something to say about the M8A1. LOL

Permanently BannedHonored for comeback! Once Over tell me - is there a trick to getting your M8 Howie's to do the kind of damage you are doing? Whenever I use them they seem to not do much - check this game to see a prime example - I'm literally shooting at a stationary MG34 for about 25 secs and don't do any damage and some other spots..

My only guess is VET4-5 OKW infantry get some sort of hidden splash immunity?

i'm not sure, i try to let them direct fire all the time in stead of barrage, which means you need good line of sight from other units (the vet 1 at gun helps for this). I also try and get them close when i know they will be safe (against sturm pios for example) otherwise i keep them at range. I also try and get them early as tehy are harder to counter and start vetting quicker.

Yea... I don't get it. When Sage had that tank it was doing literally nothing. Had his done what yours did...he would have easily won.

Permanently BannedM8A1s have always been good, don't know why people are just now figuring this out.

Well I believe the fickle nature of the RNG god has a lot to do with this. A Sherman on AI mode seems much more CONSISTENT in damage output as opposed to the less or sometimes more spectacular M8a1

I find M8a1s a real pain to play against. I remember a Barton game where he built 7 and was killing PIVs
but just 1 is usually good and with a bit of RnG can make life miserable.
