Amazing comeback. Kudos for sticking in there when he practically had the whole map. Those easy 8 attacks on his base while the KT was around was smart. Took away his capping power and lowered his morale. I could see him slowly getting more confused that you didn't quit earlier.
I think some of his mistakes were wasting his ammo on the arty attacks. Also...losing the panther was not smart. Should have saved that for when the KT arrived.
I also think he made too many Luchs as you obviously had enough AT to handle it.
