So, this just happened. Anyone know a way to prevent/recover from this bug?

Edit: To be clear, I ordered the MG into the house, not to set it up outside the house where it did. Once it was setup, it didn't accept any other commands, including retreat, until it was essentially dead.
I try to play all four factions, but I also try not to wait 10 minutes to play, which has consequences
