Any unit that can 1 shot squads does suck. But hey. You gotta deal with it.
The crazy thing is he was winning the battles but you still had map control when you quit. I'm sure that it would have just dragged out and you'd have lost anyways but had you hung back and maybe saved for 4 t34/85 you may have stood more of a chance. You were really aggressive. But you are a good player and you learn from it.

1-Wait till he shoots.
2-When he goes back to reload, find it.
3-Destroy it with tanks and run back to safety.

Did you actually watch the replay? I had only one tank left after the Sturm Tiger appeared, which was pretty much beyond my control, and there is no way to destroy it with just one T34.
