Lost a game in 3 minutes vs ISU 152, what to do?

Everything went well up until the isu152 showed up. I was floating tons of resources, was saving up for kingtiger (could build a panther) but when the isu showed up he immediatly destroyed the flaktruck. So i basically couldnt get heavy tanks. How could i counter this?
