This is a competitive game, insults and shit talk should be allowed and is as much a part of competitive play as the game itself. Besides it makes for good rivalries.

OMG. Respect, selfcontrol, critics, fun, suggest, debate, progression, derision why not; are parts of a GAME. It's the same for a competitive game.

Your telling me you never berated or insulted in a sporting event you participated in ? I agree it can go to far in the interwebs world, but I have played a ton of sports and I have shit talked and been shit talked to in each one. It's part of the game, intimidation, if your saying you never have then you have not competed in a competitive/team sport.
